Enjoy free shipping on all items! Free Shipping is applicable to the continental 48 US states only. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the continental 48 US states before placing an order.

With the exception of special order furniture items will be shipped within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. A confirmation email will be sent once your order been shipped.

Return Policy

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Please review and verify that all personalization is entered correctly before submitting your order. This will ensure accurate processing.

Invitation Ordering and Policy

Proofing and Payment

A $100.00 deposit is required to start your custom design if your order exceeds this amount. Once the deposit is received we will begin your custom design. You will receive a proof via email to review and make any applicable changes you believe are necessary. Once you approve the proof the remaining balance is due. Once full payment is secured we will complete your order. You will receive a paypal invoice requesting payment for the deposit once all details have been secured for your order. You will than receive an additional paypal invoice requesting funds once the proof has been approved by you for the remainder of the funds due.


Payment is accepted via paypal, where you can use any credit card even if you do not have a paypal account. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted.


Due to the fact that all items are custom created to meet your specific needs, all sales are final and non refundable.

Please note. You may change just about any aspect of any of our invitation sets, table numbers, save the date announcements, dinner menus, reserved seating cards, programs, will you be my bridesmaid cards, and thank you cards. All you have to do is contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate all of your needs. It is your special day and we want to help you make it perfect.

Please be aware that sample orders do not include envelopes. Envelopes are not included due to the fact that we let you choose from hundreds of colors and textures for your complete order. ENVELOPES ARE INCLUDED WITH ALL FULL ORDERS.

Mailing services including, hand addressed envelopes, printed addressed envelopes, and direct mailing to your guests are available amongst numerous other services to alleviate the stress that comes when planning your event. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss these options.

When purchasing items to be shipped internationally shipping is a flat rate of $40.00 or $1.00 each item which ever is less. International shipments can not be tracked. If you wish to have your purchase tracked we can discuss additional shipping methods. Once your order is shipped The Extra Detail LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
